this is a really good upgrade from the v2 because the eyeshadow brush is wet/dry already, and the eyebrow brush is really good in picking up brow powders ( as before, it's dual purpose for eyeliner/ eyebrows, we have just singled out now for one purpose since there are two other eyeliner brushes anyway). But then, the Charm 21 pc is really, really our best set, for me! I love it talaga :) so im torn also! :)

Both are good, but it just depends on your preference. Animal haired bristles are different their own way and are soft , and vegan haired brushes are soft in another way, as well. Maybe you can try our Vegan Brush Set if you want full handles, and you can get this if you want travel-sized professional brushes :)
